15 MIN CONSULTATION
I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. In the course of this conversation, I will be asking you to describe your concern(s) and give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the counselling process.FEES
$145+GST per 60 minute sessionThere are also 75 minutes and 90 minute sessions available upon request. Student rates are available. All fees are due by the end of each session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale fee spaces, on a case by case basis. Please contact me if session payment is a barrier for you.
PAYMENT
Fees are due at the end of each session by cash or e-transfer sent to hello@jessicahilton.ca. Credit card payments are accepted for an additional charge to cover processing fees. I am registered with the crime victim assistance program (CVAP), First Nations health authority (FNHA), work with clients who have a claims with workbc. I also accept submissions for insurance using Telus eclaims with select insurance providers.CANCELLATIONS
Your session time is reserved just for you. I ask for you to to provide a minimum 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Anything less than there will be a cancellation fee of $50.EXTENDED HEALTH COVERAGE
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Most extended health plans cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check with your benefits plan about your coverage and submit receipts to them for reimbursement.I am a registered mental health service provider for the First Nations health authority and also registered with the Crime Victims Assistance Program to provide counselling services.
