Services/Fees

I offer one-to-one, couples and family support for people seeking support with:

• Romantic and interpersonal relationship challenges
• Issues related to Substance Use/Misuse
• Depression & Anxiety symptoms
• Learning how to live with a family member or friend's mental illness
• Emotional difficulties and patterns related to attachment and development
• Trauma and PTSD symptoms including vicarious and intergenerational trauma
• Self-Worth & Esteem
• Mental health difficulties such as disordered eating, OCD, ADHD and bipolar disorder
• Mens and women issues as it pertains to relationships and connections

15 MIN CONSULTATION

I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. In the course of this conversation, I will be asking you to describe your concern(s) and give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the counselling process.

FEES

$145+GST per 60 minute session
There are also 75 minutes and 90 minute sessions available upon request. Student rates are available. All fees are due by the end of each session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale fee spaces, on a case by case basis. Please contact me if session payment is a barrier for you.

PAYMENT

Fees are due at the end of each session by cash or e-transfer sent to hello@jessicahilton.ca. Credit card payments are accepted for an additional charge to cover processing fees. I am registered with the crime victim assistance program (CVAP), First Nations health authority (FNHA), work with clients who have a claims with workbc. I also accept submissions for insurance using Telus eclaims with select insurance providers.

CANCELLATIONS

Your session time is reserved just for you. I ask for you to to provide a minimum 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Anything less than there will be a cancellation fee of $50.

EXTENDED HEALTH COVERAGE

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Most extended health plans cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please check with your benefits plan about your coverage and submit receipts to them for reimbursement.

I am a registered mental health service provider for the First Nations health authority and also registered with the Crime Victims Assistance Program to provide counselling services. If you think you may qualify for coverage under any of these please contact me about eligibility.

LOCATION

I offer both virtual and in person sessions. In persons sessions are held in my office located in Chilliwack, BC.

VIRTUAL ONLINE SESSIONS

I offer online appointments sessions, via Jane app. These sessions are best done from a private location using audio and video on a phone, computer or tablet. Online sessions are a great option if you do not live locally, are travelling, or struggle with making it to in-person appointments. If you are interested in online sessions, please contact me to discuss if it may be an appropriate approach to address your concerns

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

I offer ongoing clinical supervision for counsellors who are looking for additional support and guidance with developing their therapeutic practice. In my experience ongoing supervision has been invaluable in helping me grow as a practitioner and service provider. A reflective supervisory space allows for a confidential and safe environment where a counsellor can strengthen skills, explore therapeutic practice and connect with the amazing work we do.
